This is a Complaint / Review about DEPARTMENT OF HOME AFFAIRS.


Home Affairs Bellville/Mitchells plain/Pretoria has the worst service EVER!! I applied for my daughters birth certificate surname change in june 2012, up to date 19 Oct 2013 I still haven't received the birth certificate, I have faxed, e-mailed called a million times I have visited the office more than 4 times in this year only to do the SAME paper work all over again, I amconsidering taking this further.. They know very well how impertant a birth certificate is and I need it for school registration. I am disgusted!!!!!
