Babytalk Magazine - Complaints / Reviews / Scam Reports
Company is unwilling to remove my name from mailing list

This is a Complaint / Review about Babytalk Magazine.

I've been ignored by The Parenting Group Inc. customer service representatives for the past 6 months after calling at least 4 separate times since then to let them know ("I'm not a parent") ("And to remove me from their Babytalk mailing list") and having moved 2 times within the last 5 months continue to have their magazine show up at each of my new addresses. I've never been ignored by any other business in my life "This Badly" as I'm only several years away from potential retirement. This company has an agenda to print and distribute as many magazines as it can and is violating customer service representation laws. Chief complaint - Company is violating my request to have me removed from their mailing list after 4 separate requests over 6 months time when each time, either I'm told "We will do so immediately", or they were having me removed at same time during my request by phone. In addition, a letter has been sent to this company addressing my request to be removed from their mailing list.
