This is a Complaint / Review about samsung mobileExample: Sears.


Three month old galaxy s4 screen has been. Freezing up but my complaint is aBLACKED OUT SCREEN AND INTERNAL CRACKS. HAVE NOT DROPPED MY PHONE AND CARRIED IT IN AN OTTERBOX. DON'T HAVE MONEY FOR ANOTHER PHONE SO IM PHONELESS. NOT GOOD PHONE IF SCREEN IS CRACKED FOR NO REASON.
