Fraudulent Charges Against AlcudaBill.I UfiBill.com

I have just discovered from my Bank's statement that AlcudaBill.I Ufibill.Com has been fraudulently charging my checking account in the amount of $29.99 since March of 2013 till the date I dicovered the fraud which was July 01, 2013 when I got my monthly statement. Upon my discovering, I immediately reported the fraud case to my my Bank who is now investigating the fraud. I have never heard of the company neither do they have my authorization to charge my checking account and above all, I don't know how they got my banking information. Please, help me for a thorough investigation to recover my money and damages as my bank has to pay some of the fraudulent charges with insufficient funds and bill the penalty charges on my account.
