Engaging ECommerce LLC / MagazineBucks.com

I ordered a magazine from magazinebucks.com - Lapidary Journal Jewelry Artist on December 22, 2012, They immediately send me a confirmation and took the money out of my credit card account. I emailed them in April and May letting them know that I didn't receive any issues of the magazine. There was no response. Finally, the other day (in June) I did a search for magazinebucks.com and was shocked at the number of complaints against them for non-delivery. I am upset that I didn't do a search originally. I am also surprised that they are still doing business at: https://magazinebucks.com/. I don't understand why nothing has been done to get their site off the internet. I'm hoping that my credit card can reverse the charges, but it's been almost 6 months.
