Learning Auctions 101 Miami FL

Learning Auctions 101 Charged my visa on May 24, 2013. The first bill is for 89.00 USD and the second bill which has the same date is for 99.00 USD. I have never heard of this company and I did NOT authorize this payment. I am outraged and can not figure out how they got access to my credit card.
