Time Warner Cable

We were without cable since Wed., May 29,2013, even though this happens often. Technicians did not come to the house until Sat. June 1, 21013. Cable worked for half a day. I called Time Warner Cable on Sunday, June 2, 2013 to report that cable was not working again. Customer service rep was extremely rude to me when I requested to speak to management, which he did not connect me to by-the-way. I feel service should not have to be waited for another 4 days when they didn't fit it right the first time and I should be allowed to speak to management.
