INTUS Search Services

I have an AT&T credit card that is not even authorized for charges and has not been for nearly a year. This company has been charging $19.95 to my account monthly since at least May 23, 2012. I can only access my account back that far. I have not checked the transactions on the account since I never activated the last card I got. I have never authorized any charges from this company. How can this happen?
