I received a text and a phone call from my bank as to whether I had made these charges. I told my bank no and was told to cut up my card. I was promised the charge wouldn't go through and I would receive a new card.

Upon checking my account 2 days later;the payment was made anyway. However, the bank agreed to reversing the charge and return my funds to my account. Bottom line; I don't know this company and never had interaction with them online or otherwise. Who are they and how do they get your banking information?
