Shoppers Advantage

I was offered a $50 rebate with my Spirit Airlines ticket purchase through Great Fun and the first month of service for $1. During my set-up call, I was told an extra $50 rebate would come with my first purchase using the service. I never received a single rebate or information. No e-mail, no paper mail. When I called the number I was given for cancellation, it said my account was not active. Later, I notice I've had $16.99 coming out for 3 months. Call again, and the number was for Great Fun but they said my service was from Shoppers Advantage. I was asked why I was cancelling, and when I said I was supposed to get a $50 rebate, the guy acted like that simply doesn't exist whatsoever even though that was the clear advertisement and verbally promised to me. He said he could re-send my $20 gas rebate (which I never received either.) Then he pulls one of these: "What I can do is extend your service for another month for free so you can explore our service. Thank you. Have a good day." To which I kept insisting I wanted to cancel. He would just add something else on, repeat that he will extend my service, and try to tell me goodbye. After several back-and-forth's of this nature, he finally let me cancel and tried to get away without giving me the cancellation confirmation number. They did not give me what was promised initially, and their customer service is dismissive at best, as well as the way they set everything up made it extremely hard to understand what was happening whatsoever.
