Flexable Hose

My order placed in Feb 2013 and finally shipped around Mar 20, 2013. UPS turned package over to local Post Office who forwarded to my temporary address. Package never arrived. Contacted Flex Hose about replacement order. They indicted replace would be sent. Nothing receive. Contacted thm again and customer service rep could find no record of replacement being requested, but assured me a replacement would be sent. Nothing to date. Emailed company for full refund. No reply to refund request.
