NaturalGreenCleanse

I ordered the free trial (14 days) and paid $4.95. It has now been more than 2 weeks and have not received anything other than being charged today for $88.92. They say it shipped and the Postal Service shows it shipped therefore it points to me! I haven't received anything, am a stay at home mom who's been checking the mail everyday in hopes to try my new product only to be let down and extremely frustrated. They said they would extend my trial period 6 more days (oh how considerate of them), in hopes of retrieving my package (and then charge me the $88.92!!). It's clear I most likely won't receive it if it says it was delivered 8 days ago. If I want to cancel I still have to pay and the only way to get discounted canceling ($29) is sending in the used bottle, which obviously I don't have. I told them I would be blocking my card and he simply said "well then, I guess you have a nice day". He also kept reassuring me that it isn't a scam. I have been calling and am now just listening to music for the last 15 mins. I just want my money back and nothing to do with this company.
