Jim Vena, Bank of America ,1100 North King, Wilmington, DE 19884

On or about the last week of January 2013, Bank of America (BA for short) offered or invited me to apply a "Reward Credit Card" which I did, forthe simple and only reason that there will be a reward or rebate on my purchases. Because I havealready a BA (Redlands, CA) which I can use both as Debit Card and Credit Card.

On or about the second week of March 2013, I received the second billing of BA, Wilmington
DE, that there is $39.00 annual fee, so I
immediately called BA to cancel the Credit Card, advising that I am not agreeable to pay
a fee because I have a BA Card issued by BA
Redlands, CA, which I can used both as Debit Card and Credit CArd.

From the time, I cancelled the Credit Card
to this time BA Officers and Employees, thru
letters and phone calls are harassing me, causing stress and anxiety to me and my Wife.

Total claims include $10,000.00 compensatory
damages for stress and anxiety that I and my Wife are presently suffering due to the harrasment of BA Officers and Employees.
