ON APRIL 20TH, 2013 THOUGHT I HAD SIGNED UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP A $19.95 A MONTH. FOUND OUT MY MASTER CARD ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED $219.85. THEY SAY I SIGNED UP FOR A PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP,WHICH I DID NOT. AFTER REVIEWING HAVE DECIDED I DON'T
EVEN WANT A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP. THEIR WEBSITE SAYS YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO DECIDE. I AM REQUESTING A REFUND WITHIN 24 DAYS. HOPE IT HAPPENS, BUT I FEEL I AM GOING TO HAVE A FIGHT ON MY HANDS
