MSA 30X

Ordered online after seeing TV ad. Ordering was a bit confusing, thought I had it right. When I reached the end I found that I had ordered an extra set. By that time it was too late and I tried to call them. It was Sunday morning and they weren't open. Called Monday morning. They told me the order had not processed and they could not find it in their system and it sometimes took 24-48 hrs. to post. I called back Tuesday and they told me that the order had posted and they could do nothing about it. Will dispute on my debit card. Tried to cancel the entire order and they would not do it. Filed FTC complaint.
