Revivalift

The same as the other complainants of this company, I was charged almost immediately for the first “free trial”, then upon receiving the second shipment, I tried to call the 800 number listed only to find that it was no longer in service. I went online and found where I could cancel my account and was given electronic assurance that the cancellation was successful. Then, I received yet another shipment, at which time I checked my credit card statement and found a valid 800 number. They informed me that my account had not been cancelled but that they would cancel it for me. After several calls, and fraud accusation threats on my part, I received three RMA numbers and subsequently, returned all three packages at the beginning of May. As of 5/14, I have not been reimbursed and the company claims they have not received my returned merchandise. Therefore, at this time, I have no product in my possession and I am out nearly $270. Seriously (Inappropriate Content Removed)!
