The Hairclub For Men And Women

this happened on 9.20.12 upon going to this hair replacement salon I spoke to a thomas fimiani, I agreed to a replacement program which consisted of hair pieces. the 6mnth program at the cost of 2999.99 which was financed throught citibank, at mr. fimianis' recomendation with free interest for 6mnths. this program consisted of service to the hair pieces as needed and 6 new hair pieces every 2 months, my first red flag" was that when the new one was given I asked if I could have the present one as a spare. As being that I paid for them up front with this program. I was told by a " accoount supervisor" that the used pieces do not "carry over" when I asked why not? I was stonewalled with no viable answer. so this sounded to me like a scam.. none of these conditions where ever disclosed to me at the begining. Although I am pleased with the hair piece the rest of the way of doing business is both unfair and make matters worse when the 6months are up, the account supervisor wanted me to join the platinum" program for 3500.00 which good for a years time. when I asked why I wasnt set up for this at the start for just 500.000 more, I told services where already given and pieces done. so it was not possible to continue my present program for an additional 500.oo for another 6mnths. another "red flag. Everytime I had a concern about what I am entitled to I was blown off" and ignored. I was not aware of these conditions until they became apparent. Also I was given no copies of the consistancy of the agreement, other thsn the finance paper that I did siged off on. I was told that they get thier money up front, Mr fimiani did not hesitate to disclose that to me. I had recieved the statement even before the first hair piece was ready! they where waiting until they had the money safely in thier possesion. approx a month, a statment period. It gets better, when the six months of free interest was done, I recieve my statemnt from citihealthcard" the interest was 441.00! retroactive. omg! I was told that the interest would start after that period if the balance was not paid. I have since paid this account in full which not have been a smart thing to do. leaving the 441.00 balance. I found an honest hair speacialist to service my needs..but I want my hair pieces as spares. Also the interest credited on this account from citihealth card bank. I hav paid for these 6 pieces I donot think it is an unreasonable request. the interest that the finance company hit me with is a rip off. I want men and women not to be held hostage under these unfair conditions associated with personal appearance. these people are taking advantage of both men and women who need this service. I have been checking deep into the hairpiece world. these hair pieces are made in china and are very reasonable in cost, what they charge in fees is no less then criminal,something must be done as I am not the only one who has used this service and paid entirely too much. I hope this matter can be resolved and that I will have my hair peices sent to me in the condition that they where when taken from me. thanks and regards, jonathan a. bergen
