I placed an order for a trial offer of 1 bottle of Garcinia Cambogia as seen and recommended on the Dr. Oz show. Since this was a free offer plus free shipping, I decided to take a second bottle at a discounted price. Instead, I received a package with 5 bottles for a total of $ 159.00. On May 8/13, I received an email receipt for $9.47 for Trim Trainer, which I did not order. I called the customer care at 1-877-687-9282 to enquire and was told they will refund me the Trim Trainer charge of $9.47 in 3-5 days. I asked about the free bottle offer and was, also, told they will credit me $31.80 for that. After getting off the phone, I became suspicious of this situation and tried to go back to the website where I originally placed the order (a friend sent me a link) and could not get it. I, then, keyed in the email address from the electronic receipt and my worst nightmare began. I called the customer care to request a refund for the return of the product and was told when I called earlier, I agreed to a 20% discount. This is certainly, not true. I have been scammed. Please help me get a full refund.
