I ordered Adobe Acrobat on 4/18/13. They processed the order and told me I would receive it within 7 to 10 business days. When it did not come by the end of 10 business days I emailed customer service and got an automated response. Did the same thing a few days later, still only an automated response. Called a few days later and could only leave a message. Left a message with Live Chat and again got only an automated email response.
I'm filing a dispute form with my bank to get my money back. Don't deal with this company.
