To whom it may concern,
On the behalf of(Personal Information Removed)I Toylece Holloway have made several complaints to in regards’ to the amenities that was promised when signing the lease 0n 03/14/2013. On March 30,2013 I noted the things in writing that needed to be addressed in the home I’m renting at office location at 2141 E. Philadelphia, Ste. N Ontario, Ca 91761 I spoke to Cheri Jacques and turned the document of the things that needed to be fix to her Prior to March 30,2013 I toylece Holloway have called and reported items in the home that needed to be address nothing had got resolved verbally communicating to them the issues’ in the home such as follows The front door wouldn’t lock properly it took 2 weeks for to address the matter last week on or around about 05/1/13 – 05/03/13 the door matter was fixed by maintenance worker John. John has came out twice prior to the dates above to repair the screen window in master bedroom but screen to master bedroom was cut to short tends to blow away when gusty winds occur in the high desert. John also replaced garbage disposal but after repair still has a leak. John also took pictures of all items that needed repair on first visit only not to repair all item on second visit. such as follows, kitchen sink, windows in dining area cannot open due to nails blocking window from opening, closet doors swing due to no base to slide doors properly, Garage door doesn’t close are work properly, Bad sewer smell in kitchen sink, toilet in bathrooms doesn’t flush completely, light fixtures in rooms do not work properly, No door where hinges are in laundry room, Patio track is broken for blinds, Carpet has several burns as well stains looks like carpet was never clean.
Utility Account As of 03/14/2013 I was told by Cheri Jacques that all utility had to be in tenants name prior to move in on 03/14/2013 I currently haven’t moved into (Personal Information Removed) simply for cleaning purposes to prepare for my move in I spoke to Cheri verbally about the matter and she indicated no problem. On 03/22/13 I toylece Holloway transferred utilities over Edison started 03/22/13 as well as southwest gas which started on 03/21/13.Water and Trash has been an issues I reported to Cheri that water and trash said that the owner had to contact them on the behalf of and important matter. The account was never resolved by when I made several attempts to let them know why services couldn’t be started in my name since 03/14/13 As time progressed On April, 09, 2013 water was turned off around 9am so I called the water company and they told me that I was not eligible to get the water turned on in my name because of unpaid high balance and to have the owner of the property contact them as soon as possible. Due to infants in the household water/trash was able to turn on services before payment was made by owner, stating it was not the current tenants responsibility. As of May 6, 2013 I received an email regarding water/trash bill payment in owner name which I never agreed to pay anything under anyone’s name other than my own lease agreement states utility page 2 number 6 C utilities should be place in tenant’s name as of the commenced date signed and dated on 03/14/2013 by Toylece Holloway anything other should be agreed with tenant. I Toylece Holloway follow the rules and regulations of Anything other will be a breach in the rental agreement contract. I should be compensated as promised in regards’ to rent and false information that was told to me through the time I have been with Improper information has been given from several different employees, no returned phone calls, threats from Monica Manager, That my rent will get an extra 75 dollar charge because of false emergency to maintenance because of burning small coming from vents that was never check properly in my home reported to fire department and they advised me to keep system off until checked, Never received all house keys only one house key works lease agreement states that I have three keys. Had to wait on mailbox key simply because last tenant didn’t return key, I was told by Cheri to go pay to get the mailbox key at the local post office which I felt wasn’t my responsibilities to do all keys should have been given to me at the time of signing the lease agreement on 03/14/2013 I didn’t receive mailbox key until 04/09/2013 the owner finally agreed to make the payment to get the mailbox key. Lack of communication has cause different maintenance people to come to my home Brad, John and Will. I was only notified of one maintenance worker which is John to come, Brad just stopped by because he was in the neighborhood and didn’t know if rent today was going to give him the job to fix the maintenance in home, Will is a friend of the owner that stopped by to take picture of damage and create a work order. Improper management has taken place and random people have come to my home without notifying me of any work order of such. I have tried to communicate with rent today but I get the run around and not a called back there time management has cause me to miss several days of working on sales for my business and has but me on a setback as well as a mental stress.
