Tri-Dot Financial Services

On applied for a bad debt loan and recieved information in my e-mail account. They approved me for a loan at 7.5% for 10 years. I agreed to the loan and they waited a while and then got back to me stating that because I had a bankruptcy I needed to take a disability policy out for $990 and I sent them the money because it seemed reasonable and I reviewed the documents.
They said I have the money on Saturday as I needed the money to purchase a car. Saturday, Sunday and Monday no money appeared in my account. I have called them numerous times with no call back at all.
Please ...I need help.
I have all the documentation, saved the e-mails and all the phone calls have been saved.
