Early morning phone call 11 May 2013 and told that by filling out a survey recently I now had the opportunity of a 7-day Radisson Hotel offer in Orlando, Florida with a choice of a 2-day Disney or Universal pass or a 7-day free car rental. This offer was for up to four people and valid for 18months and to give 40 days' booking notice. As an option one could include for $299 per person go on a 'Carnival' cruise to Nassau in the Bahamas for 3nights/2 days with no more to pay. Also the two weeks holiday would include as a bonus 3nights/2 days at Fort Lauderdale in a Hilton or comparable 5-star hotel.
First 'corporate' person to speak to me was a Stanley Lynn, then a Derrica Wilson and finally a Christina, their Corporate Verification Dept staff member who was given my credit card details. They sounded quite professional and each gave as a reference their corporate ID #, address in Tampa which is the same one now shown on They also stated that a recording of the offer and details was being made which crazy enough made me believe them more.
When told by my son just two days later that it was a 'scam' I promptly blocked my credit card but unfortunately it was too late and $A685.96 had already been processed that same day. I sent an email to [email protected] as noted in their web site but of course was returned as no email address existed. I am of course mad about being caught and did not think to check them out first but hope that prevents others from doing the same thing.

Thank You for reading of this Complaint / Review.
