On April 13,2013 I called the customer service asking for a refund of my account because it was an unauthorized signup and it was not me who signed up for the account. They told me i would recieve my refund between 1-15 days. After the 15 days went by i still hadn't gotten it and so i called again and they promised me the following Monday i would recieve it for sure. Sure enough i didn't recieve it. so i called again on Tuesday they told me Wednesday for sure, which again was not followed on. So the associate i talked to the next day said he passed my problem onto higher management and i would recieve a call within 24 hours, and i did not get a call. I then had my mother call because I am under 18 and this is a problem with her also, and then they promised her a call, which she did not recieve. I then the next day demanded to talk to a supervisor. He told me he would fix the problem and talk to the associate who had been dealing with me to fix that problem. He then promised me a call, which i told him no i needed it done immediatley considering i had been lied to many times before so i did not trust he would follow up either, but he told me he would call without a doubt. I never recieved his call either. I was promised 15 days at the most to recieve my refund and it has now been 30 days. I need this problem fixed.
