Engaging Ecommerce LLC Engaging/MagazineBucks.com

I ordered an expensive foreign magazine on January 1, 2013 of this year. I understand that subscriptions usually take 8-12 weeks to show up at my doorstep however as of May 12, 2013 I have still received nothing. Their website is magazinebucks.com and it contains no real contact information with the exception of an online form to fill out. So there is no way to contact them and speak to a live person. And I've had no response to my online request for information or cancellation. So I've had to resort to filing a fraud claim with my bank.
