I purchased my daughters prom dress, with a guaranteed delivery date of April 27, 2013. As the date came closer I began to call. Most of the time no answer. On Apri 27th I finally was able to speak with someone, I was told the dress is in the final stages and should be shipped by Thursday, May 2, 2013. Today is May 12, 2013, still no dress. The prom was May 4, 2013. It appears I am out the money. No dress, no one answers the phone, live chat is a joke. Do not purchase a dress through this company!!!!!
