Bradford Exchange

My husband ordered a personalized "two hearts become soulmates ring" from the bradford exchange for our anniversary. The order was originally placed in January of 2013. We had to wait until March 26, 2013 according to this company to order a replacement when the first ring was never received. On May 6, 2013, I called this company again demanding to know where my second ring was that was supposedly shipped since we had never received the first. I was told that it was supposedly shipped and was now able to be claimed as lost in shipping once again! They wanted to sent a third to the engravers for me, yet again! I refused to try this for a third time and I asked if my money could be transfered to a ring that would not be personalized. I was told I could, that I would receive 10% off my new ring and would be upgraded to faster shipping (3 to 5 days via fed-ex.) I would have to wait 48 hours for it to ship though to receive a tracking number though. I called back 48 hrs later and was told it had not shipped yet and to call back the next business day. I did that on May 9, 2013 and was then told that my ring had never shipped because they had NOT RECEIVED A PAYMENT!!! The have supposedly sent me a refund via a check thru the USPS! I am sure that I will never get my money back for this torment! I strongly discourage ANYONE to us this company!
