I submitted an order for 2 cartons cigarettes on 4-9-2013. They said I would not be charged until the order was shipped. The money was taken out of my account two days after the order was placed. After tracking the order for a month with the arrival dates being changed several times and several telephone calls to 1-877-777-0366, I called them again. They said they were having difficulty getting my order because of the brand and they gave me another arrival date. They also told me when the order was placed that I would not be charged until the order was shipped. As you can see by the date the money was withdrawn from my account, this also was not true. The deduction was made by Walnut-Cabinets Beijing Cn.
