Equinox Day and Night RVTL anti-aging free trial

I ordered a free trial and found out after I ordered it found out it found out I have to have a total hip replacement surgery and will be out of work anywhere from 3 to 6 months. I immediately called the Co. and explained that I wouldn't be able to afford the product so I was sending it back un-used also told him I received 2 boxes and only ordered 1! I was told I would only be charged $4.95 for shipped and my account is now closed!Isent product back FedEx and they received it May 5th and as signed by someone named Jellis. I have had $85.00 debited from account and have called 3 times and the man who I can barely understand keeps telling me they just debited $4.95 and will not even let me explain the situation or let me talk to someone else! He is very rude and gets very angry the minute I begin telling him about the $89.00 dollars that has been debited from my credt card! The product was never taken out of the box and I sent a note explaining everything! This seems like theft to me and I will never do anything like this again! The only reason I wanted to try it is because Dr. Oz recommended it in a video on the Equinox site! Thanking you in advance for getting my money back in my account!
