National Auto Parts On CLTN Hghway

HAD CLUTCH REPLACED ON 2/22/12 AND REALIZED SOMETHING WAS WRONG TOOK IT BACK AND NOTHING WAS ACCOMPLISHED THE THIRD TIME RETURNED WAS 7/30/12 AND ALL-THOUGH IT SEEMED BETTER IT STILL WAS NOT RIGHT.LAST WEEK WHILE THE TRUCK DEVELOPED A VIBRATION WHICH FELT LIKE IT WAS UNDER THE SEAT. I CRAWLED UNDER THE TRUCK AND FOUNT THE BOLTS HOLDING THE TRANSMISSION WAS EITHER LOOSE OR MISSING ALTOGETHER WHEN I CONTACTED NATIONAL THEY SAID IT HAD BEEN TO LONG SINCE THEY HAD WORKED ON IT BUT THEY WOULD TRY AND FIX IT WITH A PRICE. THAT MADE ME VERY ANGRY SINCE THEY WERE THE ONES THAT HAD LEFT THEM OUT. SO I HUNG UP AND NOW I AM MAKING THIS REPORT. IF THAT WAS NOT ENOUGHT I HAD THEM INSTALL 4 TIRES ON MY TRUCK AT THE TIME OF THE FIRST REPAIR AND FOUNT OUT THEY HAD CROSS TREADED TWO LUG NUTS WHICH ONE BROKE TRING TO REMOVE IT AND I HAD TO REPLACE THAT LUG BOLT AND TWO LUG NUTS. I TELL YOU THEY CAN NOT DO ANYTHING RIGHT. THANK YOU
