Social Eyes

I was sold a Facebook marketing campaign by a telephone sales representative to increase likes to my Facebook page. The total experience was poor from the moment I stupidly paid upfront. The terms & conditions didn't match what I believed I'd paid for. My assigned "account" manager did not seem to understand that I already had an existing page which I required traffic to be sent to. Despite many requests no evidence was ever provided to make me believe that my Facebook ever even existed. Reports never delivered etc etc. I cancelled my agreement on the 4th day of March at 4.45pm and they did not confirm until the following day taking me into a new month. I was unaware of this until they have started chasing me for another £118.00 payment for a service that I have been questioning from it's onset. I logged a number of complaints via email which have not been responded to and now am being applied a lot of threats of legal proceedings and interest payments when Social Eyes haven't even responded to my complaints. I am female sole trader with a very young family who cannot afford to give money away for nothing. I work damn hard for every penny I earn. It seems convenient that a few hours delay on their part pushes me into a new payment period. Can anyone shed any light as to where I stand on this and how I should proceed? I feel very upset about my experience and feel liked i've been scammed from beginning to end.
