Equinox Skin Care

I started to order this product online but after I put in my credit card number I cancelled out. I didn't get an email confirmation of the order so I thought I was They sent the product anyway. I didn't call them right away. It came with no invoice or anything in a plain white box...it did not say Equinox anywhere on the outside. I received another pkg. & sent it back Refused return to sender. I went on line to their site & got a phone number, called them they weren't very nice and told me that I should have called them and got some authorization or something to send it back. I had already sent it. They told me I'd get $79.00 back from the $105.95 (because they wouldn't credit me for the shipping fees and they said there was a $20.00 restocking fee), in another phone call. When I got my credit card statement, they charged me $4.95, $99.00 (I read the terms & conditions concerning the $99.00 and they were misleading to say the least) & $105.95. My credit card company tried to intervene but they wouldn't listen to them. The credit card rep. asked to speak to a supervisor and the company representative told her that he was the supervisor then he said he wasn't. She called back & talked to "the supervisor" and they wouldn't give her any satisfaction either. So I ended up with $130.90 in charges that I have to pay for something that I didn't think I ordered. I did not note the days & times I called or who I spoke to. Will do that from now on.
