Gardeners Collection

I placed an order with this company of $197.00 on March 15,2013 I contacted them via email sating I had made an error on the 20th of march the answered my email with the customer service number. they told me my order was on back order and I would have to cancel my order and replace it. I told them just leave it. a month later and still no plants dead or alive when I started calling I got the rudest people. First it was shipped out march 20th, the same day i contacted them and it was on back order. Then it still had not been sent out. On another call the girl was so rude she placed me on hold until I was disconnected and then I call and it was a recording stating it was closed. This went on for 2 weeks. I filed a complaint with the BBB and I got back $109.00 now you tell me why did they keep $87.25 of my funds and feel its okay. BBB did what they could I guess I am still fighting the return of my money I didn't get anything so why are they keeping my money. THIEVES DISHONEST PEOPLE
They are crooks. Thieves DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
