SolidTrust Pay

I tried to deposit 50 GBP into my solid trust pay account on the 2nd of May using an inpay transfer that was supposed to take 1 hour. I made a transfer from my bank account as requested and was told I would receive an email to confirm that the transaction. I received a receipt of payment and so contacted solid trust pay support several times by sending tickets and using the on-line support function, to find out if I still needed to confirm. I was either given a vague answer as to what I had to do or told to just wait. Two days later I received an email telling me that I had to confirm the transaction, which I did even though this email had not been sent originally. The money has still not been deposited and it has been 5 days now for a transfer that was supposed to be 1 hour. I have been contacting support using tickets and was told to send my ticket to [email protected], which I also did to no avail. They are either terribly organised or a scam. Either way, this has been a big hassle as I do not have a huge amount of money and I am very busy at the moment. I would advise people to stay away.
