Toyota Greenfield, MA.

March 21, 2013 Repaired/maintance of brakes, found frame rust advised to contact Toyota dealer I bought 2003 4 runner from. March 26, 2013 Spoke with salesman Marty Kenrick who told me he would connect me to Service dept. Told to bring it in . April 1,2013 took 4runner to Toyota of Greenfield. left it there for day told they took pictures of the problem areas. they would be in touch by end of week or beginning of next week. Did not hear from them Called 8 times and spoke to service center they would look into my claim soon. Spoke to 4 or 5 people at Greenfield Toyota over the month of April Steve in service Assos handleing my claim, Sally Front desk service center, Chris service assoc. I was told April 23, Steve the person handling my claim no longer work there but a Toyota rep would be at Greenfield May 7, 2013 He would look at my vehcile again (Another day miss work). I told Scott service manager We would be there to talk with Toyota Rep. (what time should we show up) No appointments made we would not be able to talk to rep. only Scott Service Manager.
