My complaints are many:
1. We used the pan for about 2 months and then everything started to stick on it. Now, nothing can be cooked in the pan that does not stick and burn.
2. I called to report the problem and was told there is only a 60 day replacement policy. So the finish apparently lasts only long enough to get past the 60 day replacement timeframe. At this point their policy is to mail it to them at my expense along with a check for $7.99 to get a replacement. That is NOT going to happen.
3. The TV AD was to get 2 pans for $19.99 with free shipping but the order was taken through a recorded message that asked for your credit card information before you actually place the order and there was no way to stop the order and it turned out the cost was $19.99 for the first pan and $12.99 for the second and $6.99 shipping.
4. Trying to stop the order I stayed on through the entire recorded message where all kinds of other things were offered and it took about 30 minutes to complete.
5. Within days the credit card I used to charge the items was receiving charges that were not mine and I had to cancel the card.
6. This was a total disappointment all around!!! My recommendation is Do not order this product.
