I responded to a Work At Home ad from this company. I agreed to pay $51.00 for whatever I needed. About 2 hr. later, after reading negative reports on the internet, I called to cancel. I was told the package had been sent out but to return to sender and my credit card would be credited. I did that, wrote a letter requesting a refund, and contacted my credit card company. The company reported it had not received the returned package. I pulled up the tracking report and followed up with a call to the Sidell Postmaster General who said that company refuses to accept packages. He agreed that the company is probably a scam operation. I then called the New Orleans BBB and discoveered there have been 98 complaints in 36 months most about similar situations as mine. The company refuses to respond to the BBB, which has given it an F rating. What can be done to stop these scam companies???
