Poor customer service, they send you a trial bottle good for 30 days, then after 14 days, they charge you $88.92 and send another bottle. They won't return your money unless you cancel within the first 14 days, and if you just return the bottle to their return facility without first calling and wasting a minimun of 30 minutes on the phone to get an authorization code, they say they have no way to track returns and won't refund your money. Even though everything in the return box was sent to their return facility, with the original invoice, and a letter cancelling the subscription (because cancellations can not be processed by email). Not only was my subscription not cancelled, I did not get a return on my money and a month later, another bottle was sent. So this time, I wasted my entire morning trying to talk to their staff. It took 30 minutes before I even got someone on the phone and then he just constantly interrupted me and threatened to hang up on me because I got upset he was not letting me talk. So I waited another 30 minutes to talk to the manager who was "very busy" (I BET!) and he did authorize a return on the May transaction, I have yet to see it in my bank account though. But I am still out almost $90. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
