Quality Credit Support

They asked me to pay 3 months fees upfront for a $5000 Loan which was 468 dollars and asked me to send to a Kevin Parker in Toronto Ontario, Canada via Money Mart Transfer 315-503-6140 and said they would put the loan in my account. They haven't and they have been avoiding me for the past 3 days. Help. There phone # is 1-800-430-6678.
