Jump Up Media of Talkingfast Ltd

I took out a month's advertising with this company for my ABBA tribute band to appear on Google's 1st page for a one off payment of £180 which I gave out my card details for.

After seeing the advert was still running after a month I emailed them to ask why it hadn't finished and they told me that because I hadn't given them 30 days written notice that it would continue to run and I would have to pay another two month's money.
I argued with the guy on the phone that the deal was a one off payment but he wouldn't have it, he said there was absolutely nothing he could do th stop the ad running and that my money would be taken to cover another two months.
I cancelled my card, and spoke to Natwest and Visa who assured me they wouldn't be able to take any payment as I hadn't authorised it yet the £180 went out the following day!
I got a written cancellation to Jump Up Media in the post straight away which was returned to me without an envelope, just thrown back in the post as if they aren't going to acknowledge it.
I have spent the entire bank holiday weekend stressing about this, my bank have a lot to answer for when they open tomorrow and this company had no right taking my money out when this was not the agreement I made with them, yet it's my word against their's.
They have stolen my money without my authorisation and after a brief look on the internet about this company it seems a lot of people are saying the exact same thing.
