Direct Skin Care

I just checked my bank statement and noticed that $3.95 was withdrawn from my bank account with my debit card. I activated on or about 4/17/13 and the charged occurred on 4/17/13. I did not make this charge. There is no phone number or address noted on the website in order to contact this company. What should I do.
