Saphire E-Cigarette

My complaint is apparently the same as everyone elses that I read on this site. I order a trial for $4.95 on April 16th, making sure to read all the fine print. There was nothing about any future charges or future payments automatically being taken out of my account and then last week they took 99.67 unauthorized out of my account. After finally finding a working ph #, I got a recording they would either let me cancel future shipments (that I never ordered) or sign up for a monthly program, I cancelled and now they have no recollection of my account and after trying 3 different numbers I still have not been able to talk to a real person and my acct. no longer exists so I am getting no where. I never even tried the trial kit, because by the time I got home from a business trip the kit was here and so was the 99.67 charge, so I just wanted to return the whole thing and get my money back. Apparently this is not an option and no one at this company will talk to me live. Worst company I have ever dealt with and I do a lot of online shopping!!!!
