Mountain Energy Gas

Pre-pay propane that was not delivered to us. We used propane for hot water, dryer, stove & fireplace since 2006. Usage was always consistent until 2011. We replaced our dryer with electric Oct. 2011 & hot water April 2012. Usage went up 2011, 2012 & 2013. We were missing a delivery receipt in 2011 & 2 in 2012. We have spoken to several people who use propane for cooking & fireplace and they don't use near what we were charged. Tank was checked for leaks and there are none. Approached owner & he wouldn't even discuss the matter with us. Have since learned of several unhappy people with this company.
