Walmart

Here's my complaint.

TO Whom It May Concern,

Back in November of 2012 I purchased a all-in-one printer
Online from Walmart. Over a short time I had trouble with it. So
I sent it back and they sent me another one. You see I have Cerebral Palsy and it effects my hands. The replacement they sent
Me was harder for me to use. Also I called the person I’ve been in
Contact with and told him I wanted my money back. I’ve been
Working on this since November and today that person called
And said they won’t give me my money back. I depend on my
a printer as a second pair of hands to address envelopes, write
letters and so on. Do we do this the easy way or do I have to
get legal advice? I have proof of purchase. Also I have the
replacement they sent which I CAN’T USE DO TO MY CEREBRAL PALSY. I MEAN WHAT I SAY. I WANT MY
MONEY BACK. AlSO I WANT YOU TO SEND ME A
EMPTY BOX PREPAID POSTAGE TO SEND THIS
REPLACEMENTG BACK. THANK YOU.
