Bizzy Bags and Gifts

Bizzy Bags and Gifts sell items on Facebook. I purchased and paid for an item on March 23rd . For the last 3 weeks I have asked where my item is and she tells me it is on its way. I asked for shipping info which she constantly tells me she will give me.. She has never given me any shipping info. I have asked on comments on Facebook about my order and she removes them. Now she has blocked me from commenting. Others are also posting and asking where their orders are. This business needs removed from Facebook!!
