I was sent the ad for Garcinia Cambogia health product and began the process to sign for an order...before the process had completed the payment page reverted to the address this point i decided NOT to reenter the credit card details to complete the transaction...i had not received any receipt or confirmation of the purchase as would normally occur and immediately emailed the link Trim Trainer .com to ensure that the order had not been processed. All i got was a automated response...over and over. I contacted my bank to see if the transaction had been had! (without it being completed on line!) My bank shows the amount taken from my account. In addition a further $12.00 NZ was removed for the trim trainer fee. The reason I did not complete the payment for the products was the small print i read regarding the trim trainer committment....too late. Immediately i emailed the trim trainer address to cancel the contract and to ensure that my payment had not gone thru...all i get is a ph no to ring to cancel the monthly debit and cease the service....which is no help to me in NZ; i have no idea what state area code etc to gain ph access. I have cancelled my credit card as this is evidently a scam. If anyone can give me a direct phone number or person to contact I would like to try and follow this up.
