Shell Gas Stations

On apirl 25/2013 I came in to the gas station approximately 7pm o'clock come in the store and I purchase some gas and bag of chips and together just addit be just $11.09. And I did notice that waiting on me and he ranmy master card, and I enter my pin number and I got $10.00 dollar of gas and the other part was on one bag of chip and in allcame up to $11.09.So when I got home to check my computer and look at my back statement on line. I notice there ware no transaction of the purchase I just made I thought it be strange and so I would check on to see if this purchase have come through show. day 6 it come some time in the evening time becasusei know just had just check on it earlier that morning andwas not there and when go through Iwas cherged multiple times at least 4 times so at this point I begin to call my bank and have them look in to deep what happened I found out that they put multiple charges on my card
I was all told definitely I was being charged for 2 transactions and that ware noticebly 2 seconds apart at this point I'm asking my back to find out the information whree I can go and talk to merchant about the charges that I put on bank card. And so after getting in touch with merchant I had explained that my bank have gave me their on control nuber and time all the thay would need so I was told all they would is my banksatement and so I stop by on 5/3/2013 to the store I recognize to clark right away that's some man that rug ne up that day and explan to him he dad charged for 2 or more and did acknowledge that made a mistake and got him manager but she out of no ware started screaming at me saying I be call my bank and was explaning did allalready I have spoken to my back about this and I try to explain that hadspoken to her she said she never did spoke to her? and she just gotting more verbal with she was talking down to me like I had mind of a child and I had show her my bankstemnt of the charges and she did hear her clek say he sorry for charge more then once. But just But she just refusr to take responsibility instead she just kept escalating and more yellin and siad that I was ignorant and she had this to mr over and over and had said that she was said that was talk to me bout a hours and said I was take her away from her customers and when she when she was screaming and yelling at me and i had asked her to stop screaming at it not necessary when just is try get my erfunding that was due to me.She at one point I asked to leave and did ask for the manes of them but ware not very cooperative with me.
I did follow up with my bank after Ileft the place of business and I want to go ahead and full claim againsst the shellgas in renton wa

And I would to have happen is have there company investigated and how they treat their customers and I was treated like I was acriminal inactuality they took money from with out authoized from stephanie sims at (Personal Information Removed) cell phone (Personal Information Removed)
