Walmart

I WAS WAITING FROM 11;50 pm TO 12;22am tcw(Personal Information Removed) I WAS THE SECOUND PERSON IN LINE WHEN A LADY WITH WHITE HAIR TOLD THE CASHIER NOT RING ANYMORE POEPLE UP, AND I ASK WHY WHICH SHE SAID THAT THE REG. HAS STOP WHICH IT DIDNOT. MINED YOU THERE WAS ABOUT 13 PEOPLE BEHIND ME. SHE JUST SAID THAT SO SHE WOULDN'T TAKE ANYMORE CUSTOMERS. THE WHOLE TIME SHE COULD OF CLEARED THE LINE OF PEOPLE.INSTEAD SHE WASTED 22 MIN.OF THE CUSTOMER TIME , AFTER GETTING MY THINGS MR.MANAGER COMES ON THE SCENE ..WHERE WAS HE WHEN THIS POOR LADY NEED HELP CLEARING THE REGS. DOSENT MAKE SENSE.THERE SHOULD BE AT LEAST ONE LINE OPEN AT ALL TIMES ..ALL YOU CASHIER CAN SAY SORRY.. WELL THAT THE ANSWER YOUR A SORRY BUNCH OF WE COME FIRST NOT THE CUSTOMERS NOT MENTION LIE STRAIGHT TO THE CUSTPMER FACE.
i will never shop there again . frank contreras
