On 28 Feb 2013, Ordered a product - Neurovar capsules, 4 bottles of 30 capsules, for approx $108 USD - which had been ordered many times over several years, with no problems, usually delivering within 1 week.

This delivery still had not arrived after 4 weeks, so checked with Australian Post Office, who said they would need the International Tracking Number to trace the parcel - so emailed Bodestore twice asking for this.

In the past they had replied promptly to emails, but now there was no response.

Then phoned them several times, on the phone number advertised on their website (not possible to test their toll-free number from Australia), at different times - there was no answer during their advertised business hours, and their voicemail box was full, so presumably others have been trying to contact them as well.

It is therefore surprising you seem not to have received other complaints, and their website is still operating unchanged.

I suggest that this needs urgent investigation.
