my name is jose rodriguez phone # (Personal Information Removed).and on dicember 22 2012 i purshase a couple of tablets at the frys store one of this tablets came defected and on april 2013 i call the coby company to see what can we do about the tablet . they told me to send it to them to see what can they do with the table. but that i have to pay for the shipping and handling of the tablet and that it may take up to 8 weeks to get it back. i as the consumer dont see why i have to pay for the shipping and handling if the tablet was defected and olso have to wait up to 8 weeks to get it back. i think if the product is difected the company should pay for the expenses." thanks"
