TapJoy

On March 6th I purchased proactive through tapjoy for 19.95 with free shipping and was supposed to receive 80 coins for family feud. Order # EDS10B7036. This purchase is recurring but at a higher rate including shipping. On March 27 I filled out the missing currency option receiving an e-mail with ticket ID# 2551740 and also replied with the verification number and e-mail of purchase.

I was then sent an e-mail on March 31st from Ray Parker asking for verification, the a second saying they received it and apologized for the first e-mail and said it would take 5-7 days to resolve. I said thank you then waited. On March 7th I sent an e-mail reply to Ray Parker asking how much longer it would take. I sent 2 more e-mails on April 9th and 12th receiving no reply.

I then sent another formal complaint on April 15th and verification again, getting Ticket ID # 2841070. Again I response. I replied to the automatic response and received nothing again. I then filled another formal complaint and also sent another today May 2nd and received a message that they have experienced delays in responding to customers complaints, which does not surprise me, and apologizing.

This is the second e-mail containing an apology while nothing has been resolved also I think 2 months is a ridiculous delay. This has been the worst customer service I have ever had and now see that I am not the only one with problems with this company. Seems to e just another scam.
